We want you to love your Pinebeam gear. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for free within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll provide return instructions.
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.
Once an order is being made, it usually cannot be canceled or changed.
Refunds
