FAQ
What is Pinebeam Supply Co.?
Pinebeam Supply Co. is a premium outdoor apparel brand for campers, hikers, fishermen, stargazers, and people who've seen things they can't quite explain. We make graphic tees designed in the tradition of vintage national park posters and retro outdoor supply catalogs — with a healthy dose of alien weirdness and dry humor. We can't confirm or deny the rest.
Are the shirts made to order?
Yes. Every Pinebeam shirt is printed when you order it. This means your shirt is made specifically for you, with better quality control and less waste than mass-produced alternatives. It also means production takes a little longer than a warehouse-stocked item — but we think it's worth it.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3 business days and arrive within 7 business days of order placement. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. During the high volume holiday seasons, arrival times may be delayed by up to 5 business days.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out. Cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry. The vintage distressing and faded texture are intentional — the shirt is designed to look good as it ages. Fading is a feature, not a flaw. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the graphic.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your shirt arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or shipping damage, we'll make it right. Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge. We stand behind the quality of every shirt we ship.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we guarantee the quality of every item we ship. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will offer free return shipping for your money back.
Do the shirts run true to size?
Our soft retail-fit tees run true to size. Each product page includes a fit note and size guide. When in doubt, size up — a slightly oversized vintage tee is never wrong.
Are the graphics intentionally vintage and distressed?
Yes. Every Pinebeam graphic is designed to look like it's been around for decades. The halftone textures, linework, and distressed edges are intentional design choices — not print defects. The shirts are built to age well, and the graphics are designed so that natural fading over time looks good, not worn out.
